The people themselves were friendly and I asked them to put together a Kmart bike, they only had to put 1 wheel on, the handlebars and seat which would have taken 10 minutes because you know they're professionals" but it cost way too much basically 3/4 of the actual bike which is ridiculous. Also they didn't even do it properly. My seat was severely loose and while I was riding home the front part of the seat would rise and I would nearly fall of and I had to fix it multiple times but I obviously couldn't without tools which Is why I went to them in the first place. When I got home I tried to move the seat back and the whole thing came off. Overall disappointed."

I have had a long term relationship with Fitzroys and my wife and I have purchased many bicycles from them over the years. We have always been looked after well. Donna and Graham are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of cycling and the equipment and are very ethical in what they sell.I have no hesitation in recommending FItzroys to others.

Keaton and the other workshop boys are the reason I walk in the door. Cannot fault the service and help they provide. Nothing is too much trouble and they answer my sometimes silly questions with a smile! I can buy a bike slightly cheaper elsewhere I am sure but they always try to get as best they can to compete.

Came down south for a holiday and kids balance bike had an issue, the team were super friendly and helpful, fixed it for free, great customer service and the store is really nicely laid out

There was a time when I was unlicensed for a significant length of time but Fitzroys sold me a suitable bike. This bike got me everywhere, including daily rides to North Boyanup and any problems, they were quick to help with. I now have a slightly better bike they sold me and I need to go in before xmas to, hopefully, get two bmx bikes.

I had a blow out on the highway and needed a quick new tire and inner tube the dude behind the counter dropped everything and fixed it within 10 minutes! Great customer service! Also got a good price on the labour! Would recommend for anyone riding through the south west.
