I have to express my deep disappointment. I recently went to them to fix a window in my car that wasn't working properly. Right from the start, I was shocked by the excessive cost of the service, which turned out to be a real hit to my wallet.Unfortunately, although the window now works, I can't say that the job was satisfactory. The window still has trouble closing completely, which means the problem was not fixed properly. Furthermore, every time I tried to address this issue, I encountered excuses and a lack of interest from the mechanics.The attitude of the mechanic who attended to me was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. His treatment towards me was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, I must mention that the lady at the office was kind and polite, which contrasts greatly with the negative experience I had with the technical staff.Overall, my experience with the workshop has been regrettable. Not only did I pay an exorbitant amount for unsatisfactory work, but I was also treated inappropriately by the mechanic. I would not recommend this workshop to anyone, and personally, I will seek more reliable and respectful alternatives in the future.

Very efficient helpful business.Completed job while I waited and this was the cheapest price for quality work after comparing with 4 other brake businesses on Gold Coast .I highly recommend this business.I was down from Sunshine Coast for a few days and regularly get work done on my 2006 Honda CRV as there are so many top notch operators here such as Aussie brakes.Thankyou for doing such great job.

The team at Aussie brakes did a wonderful job on my brake service and repair. Nigel explained all that had to be done and is a true honest guy. The people here are absolute legends, after my RHS brake hose split whilst on holidays in QLD the team done everything to ensure I was on my way again to return home. I highly recommend using this Buisness.

Had front shocks replaced and previously had front calipers and discs replaced after hrake failure. Both times back on the road within 48 hrs of calling them. Great service and while nothing is cheap any more they are great value.Getting the job done quickly has to be worth $200 to get back on tte road quickly.Thanks

Got a quick assessment on my 350 chev.It has always run rich, and many people have tried to sort it over the years but never really got to the bottom of it.Discussed this over the phone,Nigel asked me to pop in so he could check. He diagnosed the issue with my carburettor instantly, fixed it, and explained why I was having issues with it for over 10 years.I have a plan to sort this permanently thanks to him.The amazing bit was how quickly he understood and fixed my problem, and he didn't even want payment.I was recommended to go here by another mechanic who took his personal car here to sort it out as he couldn't work it out.I can see why I was sent here, Nigel is a magician.I'll be getting this car service here from now on.
