Best customer service, the guys were professional and entertaining and made an annoying situation (replacing windshield because of rogue rock flying into it) a quick and easy experience.

These guys are lovely to deal with & they are quick & prices are good. You get service with a smile. Ring and check that they have what you need in stock first before you go. They may have to order it first, which may take a day or so.

Visited couple weeks ago their new space in South Lismore. Gorgeous space, open and airy, nice place to sit an wait. Was a tea an coffee station. Guys there were friendly an helpful. Turned put cheaper than originally quoted on line. Super happy.

Great service. I was able to book someone to come fix my windscreen the very next day. Can't even tell there was a stone chip at all. Very impressed!

Had windscreen for 2012 Nissan micra in stock. With glass cover in my comprehensive ins it was just a phone call to the ins co who put me straight through to O'Brien's. The car was booked in for 2 days later. I arrived 30mins early, the car went straight in and while I sat in the comfortable ac waiting room the car was ready in 75 mins which included 30 mins waiting for the sealant to cure. Amazing service. Could not fault it and the manager was friendly and the whole place was spotless. One of the best automobile services I've ever had from start to finish, in the 50 years of motoring.

Great service I thought. I was annoyed by the cost of the replacement but not O'Brien's fault. Michael kept me well informed about the progress throughout. Comfy waiting lounge and coffee pods too.

Didn’t end up using as initial only wanted advice about insurance process.I Was unable to call multiple times so I drove to the business. The Staff member I spoke to was not interested in helping me despite doing insurance work for my department previously.When asked about how long it would take to do and what I was to do for the 2 hours it would take he rudely told me to wait(on my employers time) They are 3km from downtown in the industrial area and offer no means to get to town. When I said that didn’t work and I would find something more suitable he started to abused me.I contacted the company and submitted a complaint but haven’t heard anything back other than a recipe to say they received it.I rang swift auto glass and they came and did the replacement in less than 1/2 an hour and are owned by a local.

I would definitely recommend Windscreens O'Brien Lismore. They were all really friendly & did the repairs as quickly as they could considering the devastation suffered during the biggest flood our town has ever seen.The only thing I would say is that they could do a little bit of clean up after. There were a lot of dusty footprints on the floor mats & the door sills that were not there when I dropped it off. Being a new car I was a little disappointed.Other than that it was a great job.Thanks guys.
