Best real estate I’ve ever had as a renter. Easy going, helpful and friendly. They are always quick to remedy any important maintenance issues with the home and my family and I never feel ‘harrassed’ or uncomfortable as we have in the past with other real estates.

Very horrible service. I have tried sending various enqiries to one of their agents. Not only did he ignore all of them but he is not even responding to my emails. Very unprofessional behaviour and I am surpised with this kind of work ethic that they are still in business.

Hami and the team at Rivercity RE are great! We were searching for a property around Murarrie area and Hami went too extra ordinary lengths to try to find a place that was suitable for us. We even had issues with getting internet connected in the area, but Hami was able to contact a friend who lived nearby, and they were able to help us the right direction. Rivercity RE have been a real delight to deal with - I would highly recommend them!

Hami is the worst person to deal with, he gets himself to write fake reviews about himself. As soon as we signed the lease it was horrid! For $420 a week you would expect no cockroaches and fly poo in the windows which he said would be professionally cleaned before we moved in, he was always uncontactable an. His little slaves in the office would cover for him!!! 0 stars you suck hami and you seem to only get the awful properties with problems!!!

After much trepidation about my own credit standing, I've decided to publish this review negative review.My previous one star review on Facebook was taken down after I was threatened by Mr Hami Hikaiti. If I did not take down the review by a certain time, Mr Hikaiti threatened to blacklist me by spreading lies and slandering my reputation.Obviously this is a very unprofessional act for someone who is a senior property manager, but I regret to inform you that it's honestly the least unprofessional thing he has done in my dealings with him. During my tenancy at a River City property I was continually made to feel lied to, belittled, taken advantage of, and subjected to a legal farce that took up far more time than it ever should have.I would hate for someone else to have to suffer the distress I went through with Mr Hikaiti and his company, and am therefore leaving this review - even under threat.I do not know about the capability of other employees of River City, as I did not directly deal with them. The one time I tried to interact with the owner, Gary, I was told that he wanted nothing to do with it and that I wouldn't like what he has to say" if he got involved.So yeah. Blackmail for my original Facebook review. Mr Hikaiti then had his wife/sister/other relation rate it five stars to counteract my one star. When I refused to yield

I have been with this real estate agent for years and hands down, it is the best agency I have ever been with. Everything is dealt with within 48 hours at the most. Everyone is great to correspond with and everyone who works there is approachable especially Hami. Nothing is a drama, nothing is a hassle. I haven't got anything negative to say about this agency or their staff, they are awesome!
