I just tried booking a service and to get a tow bar fitted at the same time. Transferred from service to front desk to spares back to front desk. Lots of ummm, ahhh's. 5 mins on hold!! Sorely it can't be that hard!! I'm booking my first service and tow bar fitment elsewhere.

For a so called “Ssangyong” mechanic they really know nothing about how to fix one, they had the car for other a month and still couldn’t fix and never returned any calls about it and gave up on the car turning it into a write off won’t ever be going back wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all and way to over priced for their “labour”.

Went in yesterday to enquire about buying a new car stood around for 10 mins no one in the office, went into the main showroom stood there for a long time 2 men talking eventually a girl came over said that she could try to find someone to talk to us, seemed to us that we were a nuisance to the sales team, you lost a good sale yesterday won’t be back

I purchased a car last week, cannot fault the wonderful customer service I received from the first time I entered the car yard to the time I drove out. Corey was fabulous, he went above and beyond. Jody was also fantastic. Highly recommend! Thank you, I love my hew car.
