I've slipped 2 discs and ended up having a microdiscectomy surgery. Zephyr helped me tremendously in my recovery and pain management. He gives an excellent massage within a great atmosphere 100% of the time.

Zephyr was really professional and welcoming, the space he has to work in has a really great vibe for massage. I booked the 90 minute remedial massage, Zephyr was skilled and thorough working through my issues and making sure I had a good experience. Will be back for sure.

Zephyr is an excellent professional clinical masseur. He took the time to listen to the areas I was having problems with from my constant stress positions at work and discussed what he was doing during the massage to ensure it felt ok/if I needed more/less pressure.He gave great advice for post stretching care which significantly improved my range of motion in the next few days.Highly recommended!
