Have been in here quite a bit recently and everyone has been friendly and more importantly very helpful. Not too busy to answer questions or just make sure I know how and when to take my prescriptions correctly. The service is fantastic.

Needed a script filled through a special program and was really happy with the service / advice here. Much better than a different chain pharmacy I've been to closer to home.

Absolutely excellent service tonight. Remembered I needed to pick up a script 1minute before they closed. Had ordered it online on their app prior, which is also excellent. Luckily I live 3mins away and was able to pay over the phone and race over to grab it. Brilliant!!! Love that it is my new local!

Absolutely disgusting treatment! I went there to have a stat dec signed, genuinely sick with gastro and up all night. Didn't want to waste a GP visit that would cost $60 only to be told - no we only sign stat decs between the hours of 12.30 -2.30 so I will have to come back during that time. Nobody in the shop. Absolutely appalling treatment. If they think they can take the place of GP and prescribe good luck with that. I will not be coming back. Rethink your policy!

I never leave reviews but I feel it’s necessary. Today I went into TerryWhiteChemmart and was absolute stunned with the treatment I received. The pharmacist took the time to run me through alternative treatments, even though they were busy. I felt that they genuinely cared.Thank you so much! I’m thrilled you guys have opened up close to my home.

Best chemist in the area by a long shot.Staff are all so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Sharon as she has a way of making you feel you can ask her anything and always points you in the right direction to what you need. The pharmacist are also very lovely fellas and always happy to help

Between me and my partner and a newborn I feel like we are at TW AC all the time. I have never experience any business that treats its customers so well. Every single employee goes out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Not just to ordinary customer service standards but above and beyond. They all genuinely care about their customers. I very often get far FAR greater detail about my medications etc. from the pharmacist than the doctor, and they make themselves available for follow up questions.Never thought I would have such strong feelings about a pharmacy, but this team is great!
