We went to Montile Launceston to select tiles for our new build home unit in Legana 2years ago. Manager Mike recommended the tiles that we ended up choosing. On completion of the unit the new tiles had various marks/stains on them so we set to work cleaning them. It didn't matter what we used on the tiles we couldn't get them back to the state of the tiles in the showroom. We contacted Montile on numerous occasions for advice on what we needed to clean them and many different remedies were suggested but all failed. We then requested someone from Montile to come and have a look at them and promises were made for this to happen but after one fleeting visit from Mark who was then going to get to the bottom of it" we have had no further contact. Several more visits have been made to Montile to try and get some satisfaction and advice but whenever Mike the Manager sees us he disappears out the back or is "busy on the phone" and we have got nowhere. We did get an independent tiler in to have a look at the tiles and he remarked that he had never seen anything like the state that they are in. It is now over 2 years down the track since the tiles were laid and we cannot get any satisfaction from Montile. Definitely cannot recommend this Company for after sales service."

I can not speak highly enough of the lovely lady and gentleman that helped me out today. Their customer service was just brilliant. Faultless !!! And all I purchased was an $8 sheet of small tiles for a small dolls house.Well done to you both - Julie

Very expensive went to get tile glue and cheapest they have is $43 a bag in Bunnings I get it for &17

Montile are fabulous, with some wonderful choices in tiles. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to be helpful, Louise is an absolute GEM.
