I have had so much help from APM over the last 3 year's or so, I also have the best person looking after me, her name is Vicky.Vicky has been a very positive support for me and I feel like she is more like a best friend than just an employment service officer.I give Vick a 10 out of 10 for her service.

I just want to thank Veronica from the greenway AMP services with an application I didn't before Christmas. She went above and beyond to help me and she has said she will help me even more if required. So yes I appreciate all of her help then and in the future

Horrible experience with this whole company. They booked me in for an appointment today and then they claim I never made an appointment but I assure you I did. The lady was just plain rude. Mind you im on disability techicnally I don’t have to look for work but I want to try start and now they have made me feel really low about myself.

Location is wrong, opening hours are wrong and they DON'T communicate with Services Australia (Centrelink). Makes me very annoyed.

Definitely the worst employment provider, out of all the APM’s. They will move the goal posts without informing you, demand that you still have to attend face to face appointments - even when you’ve informed them that you are relocating and almost half way to the other side if Australia! Then put the phone down on you rather than listen to you.I have immediately changed providers and made a complaint. Veronica - you should not be in that line of work - you have NO Compassion or Empathy.; Thank God other providers do.Look at other peoples reviews - we cant all be wrong.
