Beauty and brow is my favourite brow salon as the staff are friendly and does their job properly. Unfortunately my visit to the Glen Waverley branch was not pleasant today. The lady was unfriendly and did not take her time to do my eyebrows. She finished up the job in 2 minutes not even bothered trimming or plucking away any excess hair. I asked her wether she would pluck or trim my brows? She answered that I don’t have enough hair which is a lie. Seriously, my first time to encounter such type of service in beauty and brow. Won’t go to this branch ever again.

Very unhygienic. There was no change of glove’s between clients. No hand sanitizing between clients. They were using the same glove when handling money. They were touching and scratching their face and nose and didn’t change gloves. I got a rash after threading and I believe it was due to poor hygiene management.

It was my first time going here and it was very unpleasant. The lady threaded my eyebrow very badly and only took 2-3 minutes to do it. She really messed up my left eyebrow. The eyebrows were very uneven and she had taken a whole chunk off my left eyebrow to the point that there was a dip in it. When I raised my concerns, the lady didn’t care at all and tried to convince me that they were even and not to worry.

Absolutely shocking service! Tried to charge me more because apparently my eyebrows needed reshaping.. No reshaping done, no trim, just carried on about where my eyebrows were located on my forehead. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Extremely disappointed. I went there with my Mom yesterday and the lady who did eyebrows was in hurry and didn't even care whether it was done properly. When I asked, she was annoyed said all good.and rushed to the counter for payment. She made comments about my mom's skin and my mom felt so uncomfortable.

I just went to this place for the first time today - I usually go to their Maribrynong store, which is amazing! The staff were incredibly rude, spent all of two minutes threading my brows. She created a giant gap in my right brow and threaded them extremely thin. When I very politely raised that I was unhappy, she doubled down and said the brows weren’t thin, that they’re even. This place should come with a warning - do not use!!!

Worst experience ever. Asked the girl for an upper lip wax and she proceeded to thread my upper lip without consulting. She said it was too much effort to wax and she wanted to do the threading instead. Extremely rude and unpleasant girl. Will never return.
