Timezone Plenty Valley

Had our son's 10th birthday party at time zone plenty valley and had two very friendly hosts Jessica and Sarah. They made sure everything went smoothly and we're super helpful and organised. Highly recommend asking for these two as party hosts.

We celebrated my son’s 6th birthday at Timezone and our host Angel was exceptional. She made sure things ran smoothly and that all the kids were happy. She also checked in regularly to see if there was anything that we needed.We’ve had a few parties and Timezone (different location) now and I must say Angel was the best host we’ve had. The whole crew that assisted at the party were terrific and so friendly.

Great place for a birthday party, my kids and their friends had so much fun. Our host Bethany was awesome, very friendly and checked in with me many times. The only downside was it was very busy and noisy, but the kids didn’t mind at all!

I had Saja as our host.She was literally the sweetest host, she was so lovely to the boys and so accommodating to the adults.Such a lovely girl, considering this is a part time job while she’s still at school she put so much effort into our party.Thank you Saja very much appreciated:-)

I'm only ever hosting Timezone party's from now on!The staff were amazing - so friendly, well organised and accommodating. Loved being able to sit back and enjoy the party rather than running around had I done something at home.

I don’t usually do much reviewing, but today definitely needed one!We had a wonderful experience at my daughters Timezones birthday celebration on Saturday. Our host Sarah was super sweet, she made sure I was relaxed as possible and took control of the whole party for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was relaxed as possible. I found her to be a fantastic host with a wonderful personality. Delta the manager on duty was also wonderful & very professional at all times. She was always checking in to ensure everything was under control. Even Sam on the tills was funny & helpful. What a wonderful team! Definitely recommend having a birthday party here if you’re keen to just relax and let the kids have a blast!

The best time zone and my personal one to go to, everything is amazing about this store, ice cream, party, games, staff and the vibe, I’m usually just hanging at the car game (Maximum Tune 6)

We had a 8th birthday party for my son at PV Timezone. We were so well looked after by everyone at the venue, in particular Beth. Her communication was excellent and she was so wonderful with the kids. She went through the schedule with us at the beginning and explained how everything would run and continued to checked in with us regularly throughout the party. She was by far the best party host we have ever had and she should be commended
