Car had 4 tyres fitted and a rego check, when we picked the car up there was a 3 inch tear in the leather driver seat. Spoke to Craig, the owner and his response was, That's Life." Absolutely shocking customer service."

I had my car overheating and didn’t know what to do. I was told to call Chad at Berowra car care and my car was taken there. As soon as it arrived I was contacted with a run down on the issue and in 2 days it was fixed. For a young single mum I felt surprisingly in safe hands and informed. Thank you Chad and Craig for your service and giving me a reliable car back. I will be back!

Thanks so much for helping us change our van tyre as it blew entering the servo. Old fashioned customer service does exist - we will pay the kind deed forward!

I have used this business before and have always been pretty happy with the service although my most recent experience has left me pretty disappointed. I called in to enquire about booking my car in for an issue to be diagnosed and was pretty well met with dismissive, uninterested and an in general bad attitude by a senior member of there staff. Nice one chad , you just lost a customer.

This is a delayed review but still worth posting. In August 22, I had to drive from Qld straight to Sydney as a family member had a cardiac arrest and was in ICU. On the way down, one of my tyres ripped off and I had to be towed to safety. I was then stuck with a safety tyre , on the motorway with over 100kms still to get to the hospital. The team here went above and beyond to replace my tyre and get me back on the road. Time was essential and the owner even drove to the nearest supplier for my tyre size because they never had it in stock, rather than wait for a delivery. I am so very grateful for their kindness and 100% recommend them for their excellent customer service at a time when I needed help from strangers the most. Thank you.

Berowra Car Care has been managing our fleet of cars for many years. We are always greeted with a smile. Given our trucks are used for commericial purposes we need the cars of the road for as little time as possible and Craig always ensures that happens. Empire Air

I recently moved from Berowra, to the Central Coast but the mechanics are just not of the same calibre on the Coast. I particularly appreciate the new manager running the place, I believe his name is Chad, he has went above and beyond to help with my car, and simply took the time to explain things to me. I'll be driving my car back from the coast every 10,000kms just to have the mechanics at Berowra take care of my car!!! Besides, the cafe next door is also convenient if you need to wait around.Thanks againTom

By chance i called into the Shop just after I'd used the local Service Station's air pump to fill a tyre, which bent the valve stem, causing deflation... BCC staff immediately replaced the stem, inflated the tyre and sent me on my way. No charge, just have a nice day... that's a testament to the business and those that run it, and worth every positive review. THANK YOU AGAIN! 5*+
