Totally Clips Pet Styling Salon

I have used this groomer for a few years BUT tyesterday i had my dog booked in for a regular visit. I dropped him off and told girl what iwanted but did not receive. After a Return visit to pick him up after 4 and half hours I was given a female dog not mine. Imy dog had still not been started. They trimmed his ears and tail and trimmed his rear end. I wanted a tidied up with his coat not too short. This was not touched nor were his nails or ear. After a tirade from male behind wall about upsetting and pressuring him i was slightly angry but didnot say anything. I will never return to this groomer as he should stick to picking up/returning dogs to owners. I have always referred your service but to others but after this visit and to be charged 45dollars for nothing i will not return. Sorry to the girls whoare normally there and do a good job dont let this man rui your business.

1st time customer and they did a great job on my Daisy (spaniel clip and groom) Cost was appropriate, only downfall is no eftpos so remember to take cash.

I have been taking my dogs here for years now and they do the best job ever. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The beauty of this salon is not just they are listening carefully how we like our cavoodle to be groomed, but they are making a detailed note of it. We don't have to explain every time what our requirements are. She smells great, looks gorgeous & happy every time she comes home by the free pick up & delivery service. We are very happy customers. Just a heads up...in October 2021 my dog was injured while being groomed by Totally Clips in Bundaberg. She had to have surgery and loads of antibiotics and pain meds. After initially being very apologetic the owner, Terry, said he would pay the costs, as it was his employees fault and certain protocols and procedures were not followed. Fast forward a month I don't hear a word and I don't see a cent. He is now refusing to pay, stating it happens" which yes it does but that's what insurance is for and you wear the costs for injuring a client's animal....I don't think he has insurance hence his inability to afford paying me

I would just like to say that after some annoying experiences at another groomers my son mentioned your groomers. I changed my dogs to your grooming business and have not looked back. My dogs look forward to going to your groomers. You have been looking after my dogs for a lot of years and when I gave up my car a few years ago your pick up and drop off service has been a Godsend. So thank you so much. I have major health issues and limited income and your service helps me to look after my dogs at a reasonable cost I can afford. I wish you and your staff a great 2022 for yourself and your business.

Our dogs are always happy to get in the door and visit Totally Clips. The staff are helpful and caring.We have two standard poodles who get dirty and scruffy, but they always look fantastic after a visit.
