I was looking for seamaster watch for my partner who had a biggest achievement. Joe helped me finding green ceramic seamaster which is rare to come by. He was very helpful choosing the band. I returned with my partner the following day, the entire team was very helpful with adjusting the band and exchange. Definitely would recommend this store!

Went for a quick check for my husband’s watch . Simon was very welcoming and listened to our concerns . Was patient with our kids and very friendly . He even provided us the intellectual information about watches which I thought was welcomed by us all .

I visited this store over the weekend and met with Lisa. She gave great service and was very friendly. Having attended this Boutique on many occasions over the years, I always found the team to be helpful and very courteous. Just last week end, I went in and decided to purchase a new Speedmaster. Both Patrice and Lisa assisted me with the purchase. Both of them were fantastic, very helpful and provided first class service. A very pleasant experience buying my lovely Speedmaster.

Special shout out to Kate for her impeccable service and knowledge.I walked in the boutique just on a whim on a Friday evening, dressed in a hoodie, only to look at the Seamaster series I’m planning to buy soon, but Kate nonetheless took her time and explained the pieces I was looking at, despite me informing her that I was only there to browse. Safe to say that I will return when I do want to make my purchase.
