They are truly professionals and really kind. Always looking after your main concerns, advising, and never pushing you to buy treatments or products like I have felt at other places. My skin has improved 100%. The lip threading service is the best one I have had.

I’ve been coming to Face First for years and years, all the beauticians are highly skilled and professional. The salon is always clean and hygienic (which is extremely important to me). Although I am no longer local to the area, I still travel to Face First for all my beauty services, the staff are that exceptional.

Natalie did a great job on my eyebrows; she respected the natural shape and gave them a more polished look. And the best part is that it didn't hurt at all! I also appreciate her non-invasive and holistic approach to beauty; it's refreshing!

I discovered Face First almost 6 years ago while I was working in North Sydney and now I wouldn't bother going anywhere else. Natalie is amazing and knows exactly how to tame my bushy brows. Their facials, tanning and other services are also incredible and I always feel relaxed while I'm there. Highly recommend.
