I've been going to On Point Mechanical for over a year for tuneups and maintenance of my 2004 Honda Accord. Jimmy and Neo have demonstrated an excellent understanding of the workings of an older car like mine. They've spotted potential issues and alerted me to them in as timely manner, ensuring I understand the implications of the issue, the costs of the repair and next steps once they proceed. They've also patiently explained key issues to me and are friendly and helpful. Trusting them with my car is one of the easiest decisions I've made.

Unknowledgeable people who use chisel to seize up coilovers instead of using c spanner and damage the collars. Told them to apply anti-seize before installation but ended up ignoring customers' instructions. What a joke.

I have been to several shops to get my car serviced and fixed. This shop is the best I have been to. The guys here are professional. I would recommend getting your car serviced here.

went there with an engine light problem and what sounded like a misfire, $320, 3 hours of labour and no definitive explanation of what he did later. NOT A SINGLE THING FIXED. engine light was straight back on with a 1/4 less tank of petrol. i asked what had been done and he said he looked at everything and tightned a vac leak and said well thats half the job" and insisted another $320 and 3 hours of labour booking should be made. went to import parts and the problem was fixed in 20 minutes for $45. turned out to be coil pack loom. dodgy dodgy dodgy."

New owners are honest & very helpful. They were able to identify the issues with our car and fixed them. They were also flexible with time given that we brought our car late in the evening. Keep up the good job!

Definitely recommend the blokes over at OnPoint. They do a great, honest job and clearly care for your car as much as their own. You can be confident that they aren't taking you along for a ride when they show you what's wrong, and then give you the old and broken part(s) that they've been fixed.

Booked an inspection for 3 PM, they started to work on my car 40 mins later. After failing the road worthy inspection for cracked lights' glass and telling me that I need new tires, I asked them for a quote for both cracked lights. They replied that new lights from the manufacturer dealer will cost $580 a piece (without labor). Asked for a better quote and they came back with $700 for both lights but used (again without labor). Then I got the lights imported and fixed it myself in half an hour on street side of my house and cost me $248. Got the inspection passed somewhere else. At the end I had to pay for registration transfer late fee ($100) because these guys did not help me with a letter to show that I intend to fix the car which allow me to transfer the car without the fee.
