Mel is a wealth of knowledge and she’s just soo easy to get along with and makes me feel so comfortable! I would highly recommend her classes for anyone wanting to feel more secure, empowered and prepared ahead of birth.

When I first heard about hypnobirthing I thought I'd maybe learn a few techniques on feeling less fearful of labour and some recommendations on what to take to the hospital to help with a relaxing birth. I learnt so much more than expected!I'm not only feeling less fearful and less anxious about labour and birth but I'm actually excited for my birth experience and being that in touch with my body and meeting my baby for the first time. I feel closer and more in sync with my partner because of the sessions and we're both so glad we took the class. We are more knowledgeable and prepared than we ever thought we'd be. The meditations have also helped us to be relaxed in general, not just when thinking about labour and birth.I would highly recommend hynobirthing classes with Mel to anyone who is wanting a relaxing and positive labour and birthing experience.

If you’re pregnant then you have to book in your hypnobirthing class with Mel! She is just the best. Mel’s classes were just so detailed, practical and easy for me and my husband to follow. They were interactive and fun and I just love how much thought she put into each session. My birth wasn’t easy but the strategies that my husband and I learnt off Mel in our classes honestly made the world of difference and even though it was tough I had a really positive experience with my birth. Not only was she so supportive during my pregnancy but she also offered support for me when I was struggling post delivery too! Thank you so much Mel!

We got so much out of this weekend workshop. We really didn't know what to expect, but Melissa was a wonderful teacher and stepped us through the whole labour process giving us insight into the various pathways. She equipped us with exercises, tools and options at each stage of the process. I certainly feel much calmer and more equipped going into the final few weeks of pregnancy. Highly recommend!

My partner and I completed a 2 day hypnobirthing course with Mel last year and we loved it! Mel is full of knowledge in so many areas and although alot of the content of the course was familiar to me, my partner and I learnt alot about how we can work as a team leading up to and on our big day. Mel supported me to self advocate within the hospital system and provided many tools that supported us in our journey. Mel is amazing!!If you are a first time pregnant, just go for hypno classes with Mel and I bet you wont regret. She is so supportive and knowledgeable that you would feel you own your birthing process. Everyone can deliver a baby some way or the other but doing it in a more knowledgeable manner is very assuring. My husband and I highly recommend investing in these classes.

Just completed a private hypnobirthing course with Mel (4x 3 hr sessions at our home) and she was absolutely incredible. She absolutely reassured us on what to expect at each stage of the labour and birthing process and completely empowered us to have the most positive experience possible. Mel is amazing and so educated, the hypnobirthing class was really insightful to both me and my partner. I am looking forward to birth (I say that now) and the whole class was a great experience, very personal and not too many couples.
