Great service but i had to come back to show proof or old rego papers that were 10 years old . I was restoring a boat . I had it surveyed to get insurance and the original code was on the boat . No she wanted me to find the rego papers . But i got it surveyed same thing . Went home and found 10 year old rego papers ,i was praying i got some one else . Went there ,great service . I couldn't be bothered to get person plates . First lady throw me off .

Dear examiner Carlos, Don’t be so Stingy , technology are been setup in car to makes driving more safe and efficient. I never ever seen an examiner turn off cars built in screen . Just ask yourself and look for your selfishness!!! What’s the point to turn it off ??? I given exam in Miranda other examiner was okay with it and they did not turn it off. Your this attitude destruct students driving skills and mental stress. just imagine if they get license now do you think they should turn off the screen and then drive. Come on ! Of course not.Rather they can Get help from maps in unfamiliar roads and areas . Don’t be too arrogant and ignore modern technology helps. Hope you understand what I mean. Thanks

Really nice staff and good service but it's such a difficult area for people with a mobility issue to access. Miranda Fair is a big busy centre with limited parking. Service NSW needs to provide some disability parking out the front.

Carlos has been failing every person that sits in the car with him (especially people who are not white) Great for revenue I’m sure! Making up new road rules. His attitude is appalling and rude and doesn’t make people feel comfortable. Failing people multiple times for different reasons like not looking long enough when reversing when they previously failed for looking too long. Nit picking to cover himself. Even heard him arguing with other staff, because they didn’t agree on him failing people for his so called rules of the road. It’s a joke!

Quick service as plenty of counters open. Parking in Westfield shopping centre is free for three hours and usually you are able to get a spot there.

Even one star they don't deserve it but I have no other optionsThe staff at the front door they are the happiest to talk to and very nice and helpfulBUT WHEN COMES TO THE DRIVING TEST WE ONLY MET ONE PERSONTHE RUDEST AND WORST PERSON I EVER SEEN THAT'S VERY TRUESO IF YOU WANT TO GO FOR DRIVING TEST PLEASE DON'T GO TO MIRANDA SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT MIRANDAYOU WILL GET VERY NERVOUS AND STRESSED BEFORE YOU START YOUR TESTTHAT'S MY EXPERIENCE WITH MY SON HE TOOK HIM FOR LESS THAN 15 MINUTES AND FAIL HIMAND 8 DAYS AFTER MY SON BOOKED SOMEWHERE ELSE WENT FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOURPASSED WITH 97% SCOREMIRANDA DRIVING TEST NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED BY SERVICE NSW

Got a test with Rafael or Rafeal. He was very pushy and made new test-taker like me under huge pressure. Also, he said he could not tell how I failed and did not explain anything and told me to talk to the manager???????? The manager was not in the test car anyway.I wish I could gave negative negative stars for Rafeal or Rafael.
