For the love of God get that parents room a deep clean!! It absolutely stinks of soiled nappies!!!! Invest in a nappy bin and put some automatic air freshners in, omg the smell killed me!!!!!!And the trestle tables and chairs need to be upgraded like asap! The most uncomfortable chairs and unstable tables. Please invest in proper cafe quality tables and chairsFor a playcentre and well known franchise I was a very disappointed in the quality if food and dining furniture and unhygienic, i changed my baby in the boot of my car

I honestly have heard stories, and seen for myself. Sometimes the staff are very helpful when a party is booked and you pay per head, which is expected. Other times there are very helpful staff.Otherwise the place is usually clean, plenty of entertainment for the kids, and coffees, food, ect for the big kids.

Pros: cafe, large space, very kind front staff workersCons: play equipment is pretty run down lots of worn areas. No one managing the play areas regularly we had very big kids running around in the ‘baby’ section to which felt unsafe for my young son one knocking him down. I know it should be the parents responsibility but it would have been nice for someone to reinforce this to keep it safe and manageable.Music is also very loud.

It's amazing for enjoy the weekend with family and friends and good for kids .kids can do more activities and rides with affordable price . I think it's best place for kids fun and good for parents to enjoy coffee and food . I love it .. guys visit once hope you will guys definitely enjoy

The equipment is very dirty and run down. The inflatable slide has so many patch work repairs. There's hardly anything engaging other than the 4 big slides.The foam ball pit has hardly any balls and the guns and ball shooters don't work.I will be taking my child elsewhere.

Better than other play centres. However, kids are not supervised especially in the 4yo and under area. Kids were on tricycles everywhere and they hit other kids inside the 4yo area. I mentioned this to one staff member. She said they will supervise and nothing happened.Place expensive as I had to pay $50 for 3 kids as they charged 15% being public holiday the day we visited.Ball cannons are not working.Overall, bad experience.3 stars as it was cleaner than other play centres.

One of the cleaner play centers I've been to, their themed party rooms are cute, staff very helpful and attentive when providing food and drinks. Lots of area for children of all ages to play and seating for parents where you can see pretty much every corner of the play areas. Good variety of food and coffee (essential) toilets were clean and the baby change room had the things you'd need (change mats, sink, microwave, chair)Of course on a hot day it's quite uncomfortable as is every other play center set up in a factory.

Spacious. Plenty of rooms for birthday parties. Girls kept kids busy with fun activities too. Play area for all ages
