What an incredibly dedicated and professional team. Extremely impressed with the care and persistence in tracking down and resolving an internal structural cracking noise in the body of my Subaru Outback that had been worrying me for some time. Everything stripped out is back like new. These guys were highly recommended to me and I can see why, a rare jewel in todays environment. Thankfully, I was referred to Europanels for panel repair when someone drove into the back of my Subaru wagon. I found everyone here to be friendly, courteous, helpful and very efficient. Not only did my car come back with its tailgate as new, the whole car had been beautifully detailed. Europanels was an incredible experience. For what is generally seen as a difficult situation for most, Europanels made everything feel a breeze. Being very nervous about getting a new car fixed I was greeted by Dianne who was incredible from start to finish. Every time I visited I was warmly welcomed, and they offered help wherever they could. The reception area is one of a kind and the workshop was spotless! Once the vehicle was ready to be picked up it was in pristine condition after being freshly detailed. They took pride in everything they did and ensured I left satisfied. Dianne and Pete, you should be truly proud of what you have achieved. I couldn't have gone to a better place. For a team so genuine and humble I will only be going to Europanels in future! Excellent, Caring and ProfessionalI was referred to Euro Panels by my car dealership after being hit in the rear of my brand new car. Jake, Carly and the team at Euro Panels were absolutely brilliant to deal with! From arranging the hire car that I was entitled to through my insurance to the care and attention to detail in repairing my new car back to showroom condition, I could not be more thankful and grateful for their totally professional approach and service. Had the bumper on our Tesla repainted here after a scrape. Carly organised everything so smoothly and everything ran like clockwork. Excellent communication. Excellent work on the car which was returned in immaculate condition. The price was also comparable to other quotes we received for other businesses who had no experience doing similar work. A wonderful experience and highly recommended.
