In Earth Designs
In the end I was disappointed. The presumption of getting high quality for the higher price did not pan out. I did leave a lot of the decisions to them but did expect some communication on what was planned before execution. Sort of happened. Lots of major things done that had zero communication that I wasn't happy with. Quality was only ok. A number of faults never rectified, even though I gave in and conceded due to the dragged out response. Some things on an agreed fix list never done. For $100k that's just not on. Reconsider before engaging.
