Hopeless. Old guy was not interested in helping was too busy playing on his phone and the young bloke couldnt even determine which strap was the cheapest one. Couldnt even hand over a tax invoice. Horrible customer service.

went and bought a new axe handle, it actually fitted axe head without shaving / reshaping . if you want quality, recommend them, if you want average go to that big green store and enjoy a sausage. thanks fellas

Big range, shopped here for couple of years however it does not feel as though the employees friendliness has dropped away. Nonetheless very helpful and pleasant!
