I bought our Kia Rio about 10 months ago...it's coming up to its first service, hence a phone call to you guys to book the service. Message was that you would phone me back. A day later, no call so I phoned again only to receive a message that you were too busy to answer. Well, I'm busy too so I booked the service at Medieke who are closer to where I live here in Cathie. That’s disappointing isn't it?

Bought a used car from here at the end of October 2020. Purchase process was smooth (despite me living around 5 hours away from the dealership), Rangi was very friendly, answered all of my questions and was very accommodating.Battery went dead within three months of purchasing and this was covered under the used car warranty.I highly recommend Mid Coast Automotive Group as a trustworthy dealership.

Very rude and and unhelpful with a car that was still under warranty. Hung up the phone multiple times during conversations. Also when I visited to buy cars several times and sales people were less than helpful.

I purchased a second- hand Hyundai IX35 from Mid Coast Automotive Group and within about a week I had identified three minor issues which I believed would be covered by the legislation warranty for used cars. Without and hesitation or argument they arranged to have the vehicle assessed by their Service Department and all three issues were accepted to be repaired without any cost. There was no argument it was a simple process. The vehicle was dropped off for service and picked up later that day with all three issues addressed. Top service and communication. Would recommend to anyone buying a used vehicle to consider Mid Coast Automotive Group.

We negotiated a deal with the salesman on a Driveaway price on a used car in which he shook our 17 year old daughters hand on her purchase.Knowing the rego was near due for renewal and we had no rego papers we then realised the rego needed to be transferred into her name at the expense of $836 including a late fee.We went to a dealer because we wanted a stress free experience with all paperwork done and everything paid for upfront so we could just take the car home with no worries.We have tried to negotiate and resolve with mid coast motors who have said it’s not there problem.

So disappointing!!!Over the years my husband and I have been to Taree Kia 4 times in order to purchase a new Carnival. All 3 out of the 4 times no service and once still waiting on a call to let us know that we could test drive. We ended up going to Port Kia and purchased a new car. Well today was no different we waited in the car yard for approx 5-10 minutes while salesmen looked at us from within the office. When a salesman finally approached us I was well annoyed to be ignored yet again. We will not come back a 5th time. We will go back to Port Kia and get our new Carnival SLi..Anyone that knows me knows it takes alot for me to write this I am all for local business but this is rediculous.Taree Kia very disappointing..
