I have been working with Michael for a little while now, and in that time I have seen huge improvements in my performance at the gym and my mindset towards training.He listens to your goals, tailors a plan that works for you, and explains everything clearly, every step of the way.The knowledge and energy that Michael has, and his clear passion for health and fitness, is what makes him an amazing coach. 11/10 would recommend!

I have always been a consistent trainer who doesn’t lack motivation and loves going to the gym. But I have seen more results (both physical and in my mindset) in the last few months of working with Michael than I have in the years training on my own.His knowledge is second to none and his positive approach to literally everything, makes even the toughest sessions/days seem like a good time.

Michael is a top bloke, very knowledgeable and science based after his master's. Very engaging and driven. The applications used for online training are simple and informative with great workout tracking and photo/call capability.

Having knee and shoulder injuries, Michael tailored a program to help me achieve my goals and included exercises to prevent any further injuries. Michael took the time to show me and make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. He also helped me set a routine for coming into do my workouts which are all clearly set out through his app. I also find Michael's professional and no nonsense approach to training encouraging and a compliment to his program. He is also very approachable and has a genuine drive for his clients to achieve their goals.

Michael is very knowledgeable, experienced, approachable, very well organized, and a friendly personal trainer.I have been training with Michael for the last 5 weeks and I can already see noticeable improvements in my body. Not only he gives you a tailored plan which works best for you but also he ensure you follow the right technic while doing each exercise.He is a very encouraging trainer and I would highly recommend Michael for anyone looking for a professional personal trainer.

Michael is defs worth more than 5 stars!This absolute legend of a human has been the best trainer + friend the last year. From navigating around my endless health issues, dealing with me crying in our sessions, creating the best program’s possible and just being an all round wicked friend.I couldn’t recommend Michael enough. ❤️

I have never met a person that so clearly cares about what they are doing. I have been in Michaels program for a few months now and it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. If you want someone who knows how to balance pushing you to be your best and being empathetic and encouraging, this is the place to go. I cannot recommend Michael enough.

Have been training with Michael for approximately 4 weeks and I could not be happier!He challenges me and keeps me motivated at the same time!He has great customer service skills, he is pontual and knowledgeable about body functioning, exercises and nutrition.He listen to his customer wishes, concerns, and tailor the exercises and nutrition plan per individual.Cannot wait for the next session!
