After I paid for my meal I received a call informing me that my food would not arrive ready but I'd get the novelty experience of warming it up myself! As they only deliver pre-cooked fridge chilled meals and charge a top dollar for letting me prepare my own food, the service I just paid them to do. When I received my meal, I was greeted with a passive aggressive note explaining to me why they can't be bothered solving their need for a insulated bag an how it's more my problem than theirs at this point. The meal lacks any decent taste or any flavour really, not to mention the buffalo wings (chicken wings) which was still red/dark pink obviously very undercooked, or the pulled pork that tasted like dirt, or the side each more disgusting than the last. I'm immensely disappointed in my experience and won't be recommending the business or giving them a second chance

Ordered from S2S tonight for dinner for myself and my partner for a little treat after our son had gone to bed and oh my gosh, I am so glad that I did! We ordered the “Tasting Plate for Two” and we were blown away by everything, each individual dish had so much flavour that I don’t think I have ever tasted before! This is such a great idea and even though as soon as it was delivered I wanted to devour it straight away, I loved the fact that we were able to place it in the oven and have it steaming hot and tasting fresh like it had just been cooked right in front of us instead of soggy old food that you would usually get delivered.Even got a nice note hand written on the side of the bag!We will definitely be returning and will be telling everybody to order from you guys! Thank you so much!

Great feed, owner was a nice bloke and was showing me photos of the wings smoking away.I don't have a tonne of experience with this style of food.Great to have a place like this on the coastBrisket was great.Cream corn was just okay.The chicken wings were not as fall of the bone as I prefer. But the seasoning was really good.The must try was the beef beans and brisket. That is 10/10.Can't wait to try more.Great take home meal if you don't feel like cooking.EditRound 2 at this place tried almost everything wings melted off the bone this time. All the meats were fantastic, special shout out for getting the chicken so moist. I even enjoyed the creamed corn more this time. Good job.

This place came up as a suggestion in my FB feed, so I checked it out. Reheating at home is a GREAT idea! I also got tired of ordering home delivery and it turning up cold and soggy. While this model won’t work for all foods, for bbq meats it is perfect.This food, after a quick 15 mins in the oven, was hot and fresh! I had the brisket, pulled pork and Mac and cheese. Yum, all of it!Also, my delivery was due for 5:30, but the driver (Logan) messaged me to let me know he was running late. A nice touch, as I don’t mind lateness if someone lets you know before.This business is offering great product and quality customer service. Keep it up!

We ordered from this company and I was pleasantly surprised. Being from the USA I am used to the Take & Bake" concept and I know my way around a BBQ Smoked Meal with all the fixens.STS did not disappoint with quantity and overall quality. The best dish to my educated palette of BBQ Meats was the chicken

One of the best meals we’ve had on the coast. We heated everything up once we got home as per the instructions. It was quick and easy. Amazing meats (especially the brisket) and the sides were awesome.

Such a great experience with these guys! The food cannot be faulted at all, have ordered several times, easy to heat up and serve up. If you’re looking for the smokehouse real deal, you can’t look past Smoked To Serve - it’s a classic that doesn’t get old, and we’re so happy there is quality smokehouse food locally. Always remembers us and our friends and provides wonderful customer service!

I ordered a range of meats and the mac n cheese for a surprise birthday lunch for hubby. Didn't have to cook, didn't have to clean any cooking pots, the flavours were beyond expectations or what I could ever create myself, and everyone was very happy and satisfied!!! Logan was great in helping me pick out what to order for the number of people I was expecting and Jess dropped off the food for me, while heavily pregnant. Great service, delicious meats and mac n cheese and personal service. Definitely ordering again for future parties!
