Great location BUT.....I dunno about you but being woken up at 5:45am almost every morning by the caretaker taking the bins out was such a stain on an otherwise great holiday. Surely you don't have to put the bin out that early everyday. Even construction has noise limitation until 6:30am.

I had an amazing experience working with Oceana On Broadbeach! Renting out our apartment for the first time was a breeze thanks to their incredible support. They went above and beyond, taking care of all the necessary background work and ensuring we were completely satisfied with our tenants. I can't speak highly enough of them! Our investment property is in excellent hands with Oceana On Broadbeach. The team has taken great care of our place, and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend their services!

My husband and I have stayed at Oceania for over 20 years - imagine our disappointment when 6 weeks before our holiday (planned in December last year) we had a phone call from Jeff stating that even though we had paid a deposit for a 3 bedroom place, the owner would “not accept that price” and it was now going to be $750/night (booked at $380). He gave us 24 hours to think about it… I have had a brain tumour diagnosed and am undergoing treatment for this currently so our whole family was really looking forward to have a good holiday at the beach. Jeff was extremely rude and there was no consideration for being loyal long time clients. WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN.

It would be awesome if you could use your noisy tractor which drags your noisy skip bins across your pebbled driveway the night before rubbish collection and leave it in the loading zone with highlighter tape around it, similar to what the Vogue does, so that you dont create an echo chamber of screeching noise before 6am for all to hear.Happy to take this review down when the practice of waking everyone in the neighbourhood stops.Would be pretty considerate to everyone including your guests dont you think?

stay here whenever as much as we can love it here best position just off the Beach easy walking access to shops and restaurants have stayed at many other apartments in gold coast but keep going back to oceana

Unfortunately this would have to be one if the most horrifying holiday stays I’ve even endured….I was on a very brief break, I paid off peak, but still $400 per night for 3 night that is not what I paid for…and it gets worse….I’ll post pics 1st then answer any questions relevant to the apartment, not why’s, woulds or could’ves…the review is on the apartment not me…!note: I’ve owned and accommodations facility….I wouldn’t post or reviews any business if it wasn’t justified, welcome back to the 1990, multimillion $$ facility, surely it could be clean, and facilities work..even the night manager

Had the best stay here.Insanely huge apartment! We were shocked when we walked in. The lay out was great and comfortable furnishings.Great pool options with spa and heated small pool and cool large pool.Rooms are very sound proof which is great as we were there during schoolies.Was great for entertaining, Had friends over for dinner and the room was fully equipped.Parking provided with accommodation.

Had a great seven day stay at the Oceana On Broadbeach. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful with a beach front view, the pool area was also excellent and a short walk to the beach. Great location.

Lovely stay in the pacific tower. Tasteful decorating and furniture. Pools were the perfect temperature both day and night. Minutes walk from the Bowls club for a Tuesday night T-Bone steak for $22!!!
