I spoke to Emily Emerson and found she had a higher personal opinion rather than subjective legal mind about issues relating to my claim. I wouldn't recommend someone who doesn't take instructions but has a personal feeling about how to address a situation. She was recommended by another legal firm to me but I regret wasting my time. Don't bother if you want an unbiased legal opinion in your matter. Judgement comes from moment 1.
