Speedy service

Rude staff in the store and a lying thief of a courier who just puts a card in the letterbox. I let Australia Post know about him doing this, regularly, I spotted him write the card and put it in the box. He has form and customer service said he had form. The most incompetent bunch of clowns ever. Don't worry - I will keep going and it the package will be delivered or the postage is repaid. Totally disgusting service and why the post should be a public office not a few clowns. I have sent this to our local member and I tell you - one of the things you clowns don't get..... you're franchise is not exempt from legal proceedings...... a paid service not provided........ You have a documented employee who - Under the Australian Consumer Law, businesses must not accept payment for products or services if: they do not intend to supply them. ... they know, or should have known, they would not be able to supply the products or services within the timeframe indicated or if no timeframe was provided, within a reasonable time.

Incompetent woman in shop ripped me off and didn't activate iTunes card, so now I've lost my money. They don't even have a direct phone number for the store, you've gotta call customer service.
