CTC LISMORE SQUARE

So after showing the store lady ( who was alone att ) a photo of the cigarettes i wanted and also telling her the brand, I was given an identical packet of different smokes, as i live far from the store and the packets look the same i realised this the next day , i wasnt offered a receipt but had paid with a card and im sure the lady would remember me, rang the next day to see if i could swap the packet for the correct one but was told they dont swap packets after they leave the store... speaking to the manager just turned into a court room style argument about me not being able to prove i purchased the packet from there and the $31.00 purchase record on my card could had been spend on other products in the store!?? ..... was also told we cant do it on account of health reasons " lol? the irony of selling a product that will end up killing you and talking about HEALTH.
