Amazing local business. Michael is super helpful. I have been here for 4 years now. First time was to get my laptop screen replaced on my Dell inspiron 15 7000. At the time along with the screen the bottom part was also cracked and opened they advised me it was just cosmetics and it would not be worth to fix it in terms of price. So very reasonable with pricing and does not try to overcharge customers. My last visit was for my pc, I was getting heating issues and they were able to narrow down the problem with their thermal camera scanner and helped me fix that as well. Very knowledgeable definitely recommend.

My laptop fell on one of the keys of my ergonomic keyboard making it pop out and I was so worried that I would have to replace the whole keyboard (especially since it wasn't cheap!)The team took at look at it for me and were able to pop the key back in for me (no charge!) so I am super grateful that I don't have to buy another keyboard!Would highly recommend Protechnologies for their friendly service, honest advice, professionalism and quality support!
