Very disappointed with the burgers and would have gotten better from any fast food restaurant for half the price. The booth we sat at had very annoying lighting with a light directly in your face. The staff seemed friendly and service was prompt however the servers we had were new and not clear on some processes (how to use the register etc). I felt ripped off for the price.Edit: Reached out to the email below providing more information but never received any response.

Never had an issue when dining here,Ali was looking after our table tonight and was very welcoming and knowledgeable.Honestly we'd go there just for the (BIG) blooming onion.Steaks and sides cook to your liking and are perfect.Wait time was probably normal to quick.Well spaced out 1.5hrsThanks

This onion ring is a lot smaller than I remember. The steak is tasty and the shrimp is tender.Don't order spaghetti. It's completely tasteless.Even I add some salt and pepper still can save it…..Sweet potato is really amazing, really sweet

The place was okay. Enjoyed the onion bloom which is what we went for. The Mac and cheese side was flavourless and the pork ribs were hard/chewy and not great. Drinks were good. Service was good. Would have been nice if they had offered the free refills that is included in the soft drinks.

Good size meal very yummy. A little concerned that the ribs may have either not cooked long enough or were already cooked in a specific time frame. Fairly priced for the food. Service was ok but a little slow in clearing tables. Staff could work a little better on customer service and knowing what the menu is.

Calamari was great but the tomahawk was quite chewy. It was cooked medium rare so it wasn’t the chef- just a bad steak. I feel that the hot skillet isn’t the correct way to serve a steak since it keeps cooking the meat even whilst you’re staying to eat. It definitely needs to rest. The staff were lovely and accommodating when we told them it wasn’t what we expected so thanks team!

Been to outback steakhouse many times and they've never disappointed me. Whilst the food is more on the pricey side of things, tastes amazing, generous serving sizes, take home boxes if needed, so the food is worth the pricing. Staff are very helpful and friendly.Dine in, takeaway, delivery and ubereats available.

I waited 30 minutes for my food to be ready when my food came it was overcooked and even burnt. I said that the food was overcooked, waitress said because cooked on charcoal, but my food was pretty much burnt and I didn't want to wait for another 30 again. I didn't have enough time to wait for them to bring me a new dish. In any case, this was not acceptable for us. The food was so burnt that my steak tasted bitter. They gave me a dessert so I wouldn't be upset, but it couldn't replace a $100 steak that was supposed to be medium rare

My partner and I had dinner here tonight with Chloe as our server. She was amazing, very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. We both got the Outback Special steaks and they were lovely, cooked to perfection!

Updated review 18/02/2023Wow..what a dinner! First let me start by saying that my last review was really taken seriously. And for that we really appreciate it. Andres, the manager, has been nothing but accommodating and understanding about our last visit and went above and beyond to make things right. And tonight they did. The service was fantastic, thanks Shania! Andres checked on us and made sure everything was fine and the table was in a great location and not uncomfortable. The food was perfectly cooked and we left stuffed to the gills and extremely happy. Thanks Andres and Shania for really going above and beyond with your customer service and helping us to erase a bad experience.Updated review 17/11/2022I love steak. Tonight's steak made me sad. I asked for rare and got medium to well... The prawns were super dry and tasted awful. Our server was nice and helpful but it would have been better to have not paid for the gross prawns. Also please fix your floor, having someone walk over that loose flooring is incredibly annoying. We have been wanting to visit this restaurant for a very long time, mostly due to my husband being American and craving a Bloomin Onion. It was well worth the long journey (almost 50kms) and expense. So the not so great things first.1. We were celebrating a birthday but not offered the birthday brownie which was a bit disappointing. Didn't ruin the night but still a little sad. I'm not sure how it really works but when we booked it asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and I said yes, assuming they'd ask if we wanted the brownie. If we come again I'll just ask next time.2. The young guy that took our drinks order. Now I'm not sure if he was having a bad night, sorry if you were, but he was very abrupt and not very personable. It might have just been us though because the table behind us were told the cocktail special and where the drinks menu was but we were not. Possibly about 5-8 minutes after being sat that we were asked what drinks we wanted.3. The Bloomin onion is small for the price. Delicious but small. When you've had the Texas Roadhouse version and then compare it to ours... It was just small. After all it's just a fried onion and it's comparable in price to the fried shrimp which is odd.4. The 'Fresh sides' five potato options and one seasonal vege. No salads or corn or any other option which was super odd. When you get to pick two it's weird to have so many choices of the one vegetable. I mean we like potatoes but we don't want two different versions of potato.5. The website menu. It is outdated. We had been looking forward to sharing a sirloin steak but it wasn't available anymore. It's okay though we enjoyed our meal but maybe remove it from your website? Now the good stuff...1. Our food server. She also checked us out when we left and we enquired with another team member what her name was and she told us it was Paisley. She's fantastic. Looked a little stressed but she was running around doing everything. She checked on us several times which is almost unheard of in Australian restaurants and that was greatly appreciated.2. The food. Other than the weird lack of side options we were extremely impressed with our food. We always have such bad luck with steak (at other places) but they were seasoned beautifully and cooked exactly how we asked. There was a slight size discrepancy between the two steaks which probably would have gone unnoticed if we hadn't ordered the same cut but we've worked in the meat industry before so we understand that not every strip is going to be exactly the same.3. The drinks were good sizes and the table water was free which is a plus. The appletini was lovely and perfectly made. Credit to your bartender.4. The decor although a bit worn and dirty in places was keeping on theme for a steakhouse and the seats were comfortable and the table and cutlery clean and in working order.
