Absolute 5 star service. Great communication, customer service and they take the utmost care. Would highly recommend the team at Pretty Lawns! They are amazing.

Stating the facts here whatever Pretty Lawns reply...You cant hide away from reality btw.Not Accountable for the damages...Work done on time and PAID accordingly for what extra services they did. BUT only issue here is they will not be accountable for the damages what they have done to our property. Ridiculous !!!. They broke our rainwater drain adapter.We showed them the proof of the adapter intact by showing the photos before and after mowing but they are not willing to accept the mistake.They ceased the lawn service by themselves on the same day.Service OK, If you (Homeowners) are willing to take responsibilities for property damages caused by them then CALL 'PRETTY LAWNS' Morayfield.Family owned business NOT SO PRETTY services"IF YOU QUERY ABOUT THE DAMAGESTHEY BLOCK YOU IN FACEBOOK WITHOUT ACCEPTING THEIR MISTAKES..POOR SERVICE FROM YOU..."

I’ve had the team over a couple of times now. Rebecca responded to me promptly when I first enquired. Services I used included, hedging, mowing and pulling out an old garden. I’m so impressed with customer service and the high quality work. Can’t not fault anything. Thank you!!

My husband posted a review about their ACCOUNTABILITY in regards to a drain water pipe broken by their team. We submitted a photo prior to their service which was on 3rd November 2022, however instead of reviewing the situation with fairness they blamed stating that the pipe is old and brittle. In fact, we stated that we have a broken drainwater pipe in front yard(broken due to whipper snipper similar way) which we are NOT asking them to repair or take accountability!When we try to alert the public, they respond and state that we are trying to harass them. We paid for all the services with the quotes they have provided us and for one service they told they will remove plants free of cost. We paid the right amount of money for their service.So if you have lawn and pipes, ensure you have photos prior to their service, Oh but alas ! They will still blame you back telling your pipe is old and brittle!I just wanted to say here, I don’t get any profit by telling the truth, but instead stones are thrown on us by their supporters and we are being harassed verbally for telling the truth.When seeking the truth you have to see both sides with proof! (They mentioned they checked a photo prior to their service which they have… but they are not showing us. While we submitted 2 photos taken on 29th October 2022 which clearly shows the pipe was intact)This really not harassment! Just putting the word out, for what happened. Above all there is power called God! He knows the truth!

Pretty lawns responded to my message very quickly, came to provide a quote when they said they would (with a message advising they were 15 minutes away) and then booked in very quickly to complete the work. The completed job is even better than I hoped and I can't fault anything. They were professional and went above and beyond when completing the job. I absolutely recommend them and will utilise their services again!
