Terrible to deal with. 7yr warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. After many painful weeks of dealing with Sydney Kia and parts being promised and apparently ordered I now learn that a magical software update is needed Ist and the part is now on hold. The 3 previous updates did not solve the issue. I’ve had service and technical staff witness glitching issues after software updates and still Kia does not want to honour their so called warranty. Head office customer service was rude and no help at all. I’ve had no blue tooth or apple play for over 4 months. Unfortunately you can’t give 0 stars. I have been a loyal Kia customer buying their cars and servicing through them. Never again.

Have had a grand carnival door on order through a local panel beater for nine weeks now. Have decided not to go through with the job. Service manager at Bunbury Kia in WA tells me that Kia Australia will charge her a 20% fee for returning door. Kia Australia tells me they have no control over dealerships and that they will get Bunbury Kia service manager to ring me. She tells me that I am not her customer, the panel beater is and that she will be charging them the 20% fee. Somebodys telling porkies. After waiting nine weeks, I think Kia could take some responsibility

While picking up my new EV6, the salesmen knew very little about my car and gave me the wrong advice on some of the features that the car has. The salesmen also lied to me about software updates when I asked him, he said that all of the software updates were done. when I got home I checked and found out that the software on the car were out of date and that the tyres were way over inflated. According to the KIA plaque, they should be at 40psi, they were when picked up over 47psi. why did I have to pay the $2500 dealer delivery fee when the only thing done was a detail. It would have to be the most expensive detail of a new car in the country.

We purchased a Kia Sportage a year ago, they told us waiting time was 3 months...12 months later they still can't tell us when will my car arrive or why it is taking so long. This is the most frustrating purchase experience I have ever had. I love Kia cars but this is just pathetic.

Kia has lost another long standing customer. Your marketing efforts simply do not equate to the ability to deliver on any promises including delivering vehicles ordered. Customer orders simply disappear in the void of any communication and stringing your customers along with empty promises simply wont cut it any more.

Terrible, I advise everyone to not buy or deal with Kia. Their phone lines are also inactive. Says a lot, after you spend $60,000 AUD on one of their vehicles. They do not deserve one star

1 star is more than these muppets deserve.I sent an email over 6 weeks ago via their website, informing them that the high-mount stop light on my Rio, that was recently replaced under warranty, has started cracking (the exact same fault as the last 2 lights). After a month of no reply, I gave up and ordered the part myself direct from Korea.Whilst my car has been mechanically reliable, I’m disinclined to purchase another Kia.

Sydney City Kia Showroom in Alexandria (O'Riordan St.) has disappointed us so much this weekend. We were just about to place an order for the new Kia Seltos but wanted to make sure that we made the right choice so we booked the test drive of another model.Coming specially for the drive at the arranged day and time we were told that the showroom manager took the car somewhere and it is not available. Why didn't you call us?" we asked. Nobody could answer it. The answer probably is that Kia has too many orders for their cars

My aircon on my Kia Cerato, that is still under warranty stopped working in Novener 2022. I rang Kia Coffs Harbour. The earliest appointment I could get was 6 February 6 2023. This is totally unacceptable for a car that is in warranty. This is also the hottest time of the year. Totally unacceptable.
