Mandalay Holiday Resort, Busselton

It really is the best park around we have been many many times and the high standards of the park are so well maintained and the cabins/chalets are the cleanest you will find.

A massive and very impressive caravan park. If you’re looking to feel spoilt this is it. Super clean. Amazing pool and kids areas. Close to the beautiful beach and walk ways. We had a wonderful time here and the staff were amazing. Dog friendly through winter/off season months. Special shout out to staff member Reece for helping us out. He was a super star ⭐️

We have just spent 3 weeks at Mandalay in our caravan and can't say enough amazing things about this place! Adam the manager of the park was one of the most hospitable managers we have come across after 9 months on the road and helped us out with buying a new rooftop tinny with recommendations and gave us load of tips on the area. A huge beautifully maintained caravan park and the pool, slide and jumping pillow for the kids. Kids were devastated to leave. Highly highly recommend!

We have just spent 9 nights here. The kids have had the best time playing with other kids on the adventure playground, jumping pillow and in the pools and rainbow slide. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the manager is brilliant! We were shown to our site and directed in by a staff member which was great. Very busy during the school holidays but that's why we booked here, so the kids could have fun with other kids. Great bike paths to ride into the jetty/shops/restaurants. Lots of dolphins can be spotted in the water all along the beach front. Highly recommend checking out the jetty & observatory as well as next level money business while you are here :)

What an amazing caravan park. We are travelling Australia and have been here 3 weeks now. The park is so well maintained, the staff are awesome and they have excellent activities for the kids.It’s a great base for heading down to Margaret River, wineries, caves and the beaches.The work this family run park does for the local community and businesses is excellent.Highly recommend this park, you won’t be disappointed

So fresh, friendly and like a warm hug. Beautiful green grass everywhere, parks for all ages of children, activities for adults constantly on offer, herb gardens next to the bbq areas and friendly smiling staff everywhere you look. Cannot fault it. Such a credit to the owners/managers. Very well run resort!

Thoroughly enjoyed my weekend here with my wife. Location is fantastic, walking on the beach and riding into town are very enjoyable. Chalets are clean and comfortable with everything you need. Definitely recommend and will be staying again.

The kids had so much fun. So much for them to do. It even felt like us adults could relax somewhat. The food vans were so good and really made it a relaxing stay not having to cook. They even had some gluten free options. Lovely sites and such green grass. Staff were great! Amenities were always clean.
