Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. They did a great job getting my old bike back into great shape and gave it a full overhaul and had it running like new again.Then had some stretch in the new gear cables and some brake drag and they turned it around on a Saturday morning and had it shifting better than ever in time for a race on Sunday.Awesome customer service and top quality work. They did a service on a bike I bought second hand that had been sitting in someone's garage for 5 years, and they turned it into a new bike. It looks fantastic and rides unbelievable. I rode it a bit before the service and it was a different thing altogether. This wasn't just a service - more like a respectful restoration. Very happy customer.

Incredible service. I went in just before close with numerous issues and within 30 minutes I left with each of them fixed. This included pedal replacement, fixing my gears which no one had been able to do until now, and fixing a seat issue. Pricing was beyond fair. Ask for Kia when you go. Thanks guys and good to know such a solid shop is here in the Richmond neighborhood.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. :) Fast and efficient service. Sent me texts with updates and a quote and were patient. I would definitely come back and also recommend this place! In fact, another bicycle shop recommended them to me to try to get a used part for my bike :)

Poor customer experience with these guys. I got a slow leak puncture on the way to work. Dropped my bike off in the morning and picked it up that evening. Got 15mins down the road and the tyre and gone flat again. Called them up and they said, bring it back in. I was already on a train at that point so got home and fixed the puncture myself. Went back in this morning to be told by the mechanic that it could not have been the same leak and I must have picked up another one on the way home that night. 2 slow leaks within 8 hours ?? Probabilistically unlikely, but not impossible. I would have thought that at least a compromise could have been reached to ensure a great customer experience but as it stands, I spent $32 on a new tube and train ticket to get home....for nothing. No malice in these comments, the staff are lovely, just left a bad taste in my mouth that a small profit was worth more than me walking out of there singing to stores praises. Needless to say, I’ll not be returning.
