Garage Apex

I was very interested in a car listed for sale by Garage Apex on carsales, that I needed to purchase by the EOFY. Inquired on 28/6 and went to inspect the next day at their Bayswater branch. Samir was friendly and showed me the car, but he couldn't find the keys to start it. I explained in no uncertain terms that the deal needs to be finalised by EOFY and to let me know as soon as he finds the keys, which he said he will. However, the next day he was silent and responded to my calls with a text saying he was busy. As I was keen on the car, I contacted the head office and spoke to Chamod, rather than investing more time to look for an alternative. He promised he'll sort it out ( or at least just tell me if they've lost the keys altogether), but nothing happened. It's a shame they lost their business, but they could have achieved the same result with a lesser opportunity cost to me - which they would have if they cared. A business holding on to a customer that it can't serve is in nobody's interest.

Had my car booked in to be fixed by Razty and can’t thank him enough for getting the job done. It was a challenging job but he made every attempt to get it done and was very accommodating and very prompt in fixing the issue. Thanks Razty and Apex garage for taking care of my car.

My brother took his pride and joy to apex garage in Epping as it was running rough. They doginosed it as a vacuum leak and a faulty distributer. They fixed the vacuum leak from the intake manifold just a hose that needed to be looped back around on its self very easy fix, they then changed his spark plugs and returned his car to him with a bill of $400.When he got his car back home he noticed a constant misfire at idle.I went around and had a look at his car and noticed the ignition leads were not attaching to the spark plugs correctly and had to remove the centre cover to have them clip on probably. Retested still missfireing I then sent him to get new spark plugs from autobahn, when he returned with the correct spark plugs for his make and model we noticed that these ones were a few threads longer than the ones fitted by apex garage. Fitted new spark plugs and leads now fit correctly started car missfire now gone and car runs as it should.Real diognoses wrong spark plugs fitted by apex garage.My brother returned to apex garage where they did not offer any kind of refund not even for the wrong spark plugs that were fitted to his car.This place gives private work shops a bad name.Would not recommend.

Rusty fixed a minor issue I had with my e52 elgrand that I purchased from apex dealership. He did an excellent job getting the parts and doing the job when it suited me, the work was all done under warranty and is now working perfectly. If anyone is needing work done on their Japanese import cars I would definitely recommend garage apex.

We got to test drive a bunch of different models in the Elgrand range as we weren't sure what we were looking for. Chamod and the team had no issue talking us through all the specs and differences between the models.We settled on the later model which was recently imported from Japan. It came with full compliance, a road worthy and they even helped to convert the head unit from Japanese text to English. Also helped with getting a new key cloned.Extremely helpful with all aspects of the sale. Highly recommend Garage Apex!

We really recommend this mechanic! We had serious problems with our engine and some stuff and it was the only mechanic who wanted to fix it! They are very professional and friendly. You can go there with your eyes closed. Thank you again guys.
