Excellent service at front desk, my doctor is very caring.

Trying to make an appoiment for myself I've called twice now n have been hung up on excalty 7 minutes how it's this appectable there are more backwards towns like merriwa n they still answer quicker, your lunch break is stated from 12:30 to 1:30 not 12:00 till 1:30 very disappointed

Trying to make appointments on behalf of my 92 year old father is impossible. On hold for an hour and a half listening to recorded messages for 7 minutes exactly at a time to then be cut off & having to call back is totally unacceptable.Finally get through next day to be told that nothing available with little to no compassion is extremely poor & unprofessional, especially for medical care.Have in the past requested as well as being told to expect a call from Dr Alam to discuss my fathers matters with no follow up call.Try booking online is even worse with the next available appointment being 3 weeks away.Scott Smith.

Great service. I had an excellent experience from scheduling to staff and the doctor.

Ridiculous. Booked in for phone appointment at 2 no call. Booked another appointment for a week later at 11, no call. I don't understand how a doctor can just decide to not call. The phone number either doesn't work or someones jus lazy because no one ever picks up. Just need some blood test results
