3 out of 4 appointments were stuffed around due to no stock in the clinic. Would not recommend if you expect good customer service from the management/owners or if you are someone who likes appointments to not be rescheduled and run smoothly.I have asked to be called back multiple times so I can discuss why I am disgruntled with the service provided but no one has ever rang me back.I must say the people physically doing the treatments are always lovely. The management and people who answer the phones could learn a lot about people skills and customer service skills from the treatment people/nurses

I came in to have my lip injections done and they were absolutely amazing they talked me through everything and made me feel very safe and they did an incredible job very happy and will be back for more

I was so nervous to get my lip filler as it was my first time but I highly recommend Cosmetique! The nurse made me feel so much calmer about my experience,I love my results. I definitely rate them a 10/10!!

Had lip filler done on 15th. I had ended up getting an eclusion and didn't find out till 4 hours later. Went back and they had 0 dissolver in stock. Very dangerous for me. I will not be getting any filler there again. No aftercare and no explaining the complications prior to the filler.

Always love Cosmétique. A fantastic way to try lip fillers as they provide a dental block over numbing cream. I’ve always had a great laugh with the nurses, and they always help me and are skilful with concepts I have for my lip filler. Have always had beautiful results even if I can only ever make the last appointment of the day due to work- I never feel rushed, and the nurses stay focussed all day.Keep an eye out for their specials, allowing you to try various procedures for free- I had a brow lift today, and a lip flip last visit. Such a nice way to treat yourself.

I have yet to receive communication on the appalling service I received last week at your mandurah clinic. Calls and emails have gone unnoticed.I booked an appointment online for Thursday the 23rd march.I called cosmetique to find out the cost of the treatment and to make sure the appointment included extra treatment as noted on the comment section of the booking. Only with me calling did I discover you were actually closing the clinic that day and I had to reschedule.I moved everything around and organised someone to have my kids so I could attend the following day at 2.45pm.Imagine my disgust when I get there to find out you had no product and my appointment couldn't be carried out after rescheduling my commitments and making a 64km round trip!The nurse proceeded to tell me that you ran out of product at 10am! My appointment was at 2.45pm. I was advised you were expecting a delivery at 1pm, which didn't eventuate.Why did no one call me so I didn't waste my time and out of the way trip? Really not acceptable

Very unhappy with this company ,iast visit for lip fillers, no stock, rebooked for a later date with the product I wanted .my rebooking for the 2nd time, I got a call and hour before my appointment and was told they didn't have the product available as other customers had requested the same product as myself prior to my appointment during the week . not good enough when already booked product priorVery unhappy will not rebook for a 3rd time
