They don't know the way how to check a car,

Well this was the second time I used their service and the reason it’s because the first time I got a very good service getting the Rwc for one of my cars.BUT everything changed this second time, I made a booking last week and explained that I can’t be home for work so I left good instructions about how to access the car for another Rwc, so today when got the technician to called me and I explained again same instructions he in the most disrespectful way told me he will not do any job as “he don’t play this game” and end the call…. After called back and complain I got a promise that will be another person coming (they will call me back) to let me know the time. Almost at the end of the day I had to ring them back as nobody called, and then tell me that they have no other person in the area just them… not any other person available so….Very disappointed as the first service was magnificent but this one kill that image completely

Booked in a RWC, prompt and friendly service, the inspector did a thorough job whilst afterwards explained the outcomes etc, would highly recommend.

They are just scammers: they sprayed oil just below the transmission and engine body parts of my Mercedes car, and told me it's leakage from transmission and will require dismental transmission of my car and will cost +$$$$ to fix that leakage, otherwise it's highly risky and car may catch fire. You can imagine there level... lucky I saved my car from them and caught their scame. Over to you...

Service was great. The office was helpful and knew a lot. Found out they did servicing as well and booked my truck in. So convenient and my truck had hardly any down time unlike non mobile services. Highly recommend.
