The level of service can vary depending upon if the staff are on their telephones when serving customers or not .

I have just moved from Qld & moved into Free Spirit Cabins next door to United service station & PieFace, I thought it was easy to purchase a couple of pies after work some evenings, I called in on three occasions only to have chips from the hot box cold & the pies with no meat or chicken but instead just runny with the juice, no volume whatsoever.I wish to have this message out there in order for other buyers to watch out for what they buy.

They'll argue the specials prices even though they're printed and will not scan them through properly to get the discount. Double check your receipts.
