i have gotten off and gotten on at this station heaps and heaps of times. it's always nice and clean. i feel safe at this station and staff are very nice. looking forward to come back to this station

I needed a travel card so I went to this station and there was two very kind staff on duty, they helped me to purchase a bus card, they were very kind to me, and the help I received was excellent, many thanks to the staff for helping me a disabled pensioner, they have very good people skills

Amazing new overpass and platform make this Wendouree train station look so modern and efficient with the elevator and everything Wendouree is 10 out of 10 now it has gotten so good in Wendouree.The place should have PSO officers though...

What a JOKE this train service is, they charge $43 per day to travel but can't supply the service worthy of the cost, i have so far travelled to work now for 2 weeks in, those 2 weeks i have had to get off the train at Ballarat and wait for the following train to take me just 1 dam stop !!! Vline pick up the ball you have dropped!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH AT ALL!!!! TO GET HOME AROUND 7PM ON THE 4.54 PM train from Southern Cross is just ridiculous
