If Zero stars was possible, that’s what I’d pick. 1 star is high praise for a business that taken nearly 2 years now for a set of doors that were ordered in 2021. The attitude and disrespect is beyond comprehension. Terry Chai is the rudest person to deal with. Zero communication and customer skills. Has no problem screaming and yelling at the customer who has an 1000% right to be frustrated when thousands of dollars have been paid, and the item not delivered nor any answers for when. Added to this is the zero forthcoming communication. I still have to constantly chase after all this time. It is beyond words and the most awful business to deal with. Do not venture anywhere near this business. Owner Wayne Philips is also completely unresponsive. Come on, when it’s been this long and the doors are still not ready, step up and take some ownership! We still don’t have the doors nor is a date been given (after the date that was yet again given for the umpteenth time as the delivery date went undelivered) with no prior communication that they weren’t going to meet this date that is now nearly 3 years in. Never mind the other 8 times the door has been “ready “ and then there’s an issue with the glass (4 times now). BUYER BEWARE.I cannot even express in words the magnitude of the attitude I’ve had to deal with. Zero remorse, or apology from them. Instead Terry will yell and scream at you and the attitude is as if the doors were ordered last week and the customer is being “unreasonable “. Unbelievable.An official complaint to the relevant authority in NSW has been filed and if legal action needs to be taken, it will.
