Very cool and awesome spot for camping. Specifically to get away from sun shine in the summer.

Looks like a really old forest. Very peaceful, fresh and cool. Highly recommended. It’s under threat by loggers as well. Which is sad because these types of places are special and rare.

Beautiful place. The sculpture walk is lovely even though some of the displays are no longer there. Lots of spiders, so fair warning for those arachnophobes.

Beautiful little part of the country, with magnificent tall trees that are so inspiring. The sculpture walk is quite degraded as the exhibits are old and some have been lost to the growth and the elements. Still lovely just to have a walk.Visitor Centre looks really closed and had been for a while.

Hidden gem, some of the wooden sculptures are slowly falling apart, which is probably the point, and that doesn’t detract from the overall beauty of the area.If you’re after a quiet and peaceful place to walk amongst the trees and reconnect with nature you might want to check this out.

Enlightening and inspiring experience. It was very peaceful and i became informed of the devastating work of vic forests; they log close to century old trees just to make flimsy paper, when they could use a much more sustainable option of pine.Logging native forest only brings $12 million annually to the economy compared to $260 million annually brought in by tourism. The deforestation destroys the habitat of leadbeater's possum and owls. It is definitely not worth it.This beautiful place shouldn't be wasted. It feels like home to me but it is literally home to so many beautiful species that are not found anywhere else in the world. The services the possums and owls provide for their ecosystem is irreplaceable. The forest is not just used for a Sunday hike or taking nice photos. It is so much more than that. The trees suck carbon out of the atmosphere, purifying air and providing the cleanest water I have ever drank. This place is so beautiful and should be protected at all costs.

It was a nice, sunny, cool to warm Monday with no one else around. So peaceful and serene. Nature at Melbourne's doorstep.
