Strong Addiction Strength Training
Positive experience so far training via the app, ideal for my situation where I am short on time, but want to achieve results without the upfront cost of a PT. The app is bridge between both worlds. Brett is quick to respond to my messages through the app, and is able to tailor my workout depending on my weekly routine with body weights or using my residential gym. Videos and instructions are easy to follow, and regularly checks if you are completing your workouts on time.

I began training with Brett just over 3 years ago and have achieved some great results during that time. Brett’s level of experience and knowledge has really allowed me to benefit from some focused training sessions to achieve a short term goal and still maintain continual improvement toward long term health and fitness goals. A distinguishing attribute of Brett’s PT support is his understanding of my current work/lifestyle balance and how my training can complement it. I started using my Uncle Brett's fitness app about 6 months ago.I live in a rural area without access to a gym. I have gym equipment at home though.Brett has kept me progressing with regular program changes that keep me motivated and enjoying training with limited gym equipment at home. Having all the workouts sent to me on my phone really helps me understand what and how i need to be training.

Results Personal Training Online is so comprehensive whilst also being amazingly simple to use. Initial programs and workouts are set and customised for you by your online trainer who also keeps keeps track of your progress, as you develop your strengths within each program you can then have additional sets of exercises added to keep it interesting. Being able to ask questions to your online trainer through the apps message bank is really helpful so you know that you always have the support systems in place to assist you when necessary.This app is the complete package, from nutrition, diet plans, schedules, workouts, online communication, measurements and progressive before and after shots... all of this to keep you going while you focus on achieving your desired goals.This is an absolutely awesome product and one that I’ll be using consistently for many years to come, whether your working out at home or at the gym this app provides you with everything you need at just a touch of a button.Thanks to my online trainer Brett who’s created and kept my customised programs interesting and achievable...!!!Ross Barrett

Brett's online training program is perfect for me. I like training by myself and ‘touch base’ with Brett weekly online, and have a 'face to face' meeting every few weeks.I spend a lot of time amidst Nature. However, after completing an alpinist course last year I new I needed a program more sports specific. I hadn't followed a structured ‘sports specific’ program for easily 20 years, and Brett and I were chatting one Sunday morning in the gym when he suggested this approach would be ideal for me. He's now structuring my programs around another alpinist course I'm planning to do at Mt Aorangi NZ later on in the year.My current training program changes every 4 weeks (3x/week), and I can't even begin to tell you how much I have gained from these programs. Nothing beats going to the gym and actually looking forward to training. Not having to think about what you're training OR if it's even going to work; because you know it will. Brett's RESULTS APP and his programs have completely changed my approach to training.That Sunday morning wasn't a coincidence, it was intentional and ‘meant to be’. It could have been any other trainer sitting there, but it wasn't. I believe Brett's professional experience, extensive fitness background, maturity, friendliness and calm ‘chilled out’ vibe needed to be in that space and at that time for me to listen, and to trust.

Brett’s PT sessions are totally results focussed with each session planned to include a great range of exercises that not only challenge me to push myself to meet my fitness goals but also leave me feeling energised and surprised/satisfied at what I am capable of achieving. Brett is an awesome PT. He has helped me overcome my knee condition with patience and at the same time improving my overall strength progressively. He never gives up on you especially on bad body days and always comes up with alternatives to keep you engaged to make sure you leave more energised. He is patient and always listens to your feedback on how you are responding and makes changes to the plans which ultimately gets you there. His knowledge on nutrition is impeccable and he quietly encourages you to healthier options. My core strength has improved tremendously and it has a big impact on my day to day activities. It's been the best decision to work with him and I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a healthier lifestyle.
