Blue Label Construction

We went with Blue Label after considering several other builders and it was definitely the best decision we could have made for our large home renovation. As this was our first time renovating, Seth made the process extremely transparent and easy, and was always available and present at our home to give advice when needed. He walked us through all the steps of the process from selecting an architect, the approval process, and many, many more first-time critical selections for us. His final estimates and provisions were all well within quote and nothing was too hard to amend or improve, even if it was last minute. The only people who were actually nicer than Seth were the building crew- Craig and Raf! Seriously it was a pleasure to have these guys come into our home every day for many months. They had so much respect and consideration when it came to making sure they were not encroaching or being a distraction on our ongoing lives, and always showed incredible and genuine care and passion for what they were building and how our home would eventually look. It was like watching artists at work! I cannot give a higher thumbs up to the efforts, diligence, follow up, and genuine involvement and care that Blue Label, Seth, and his building crew put into our home renovation.

Always loud music on their building sites and disrupting everyone who lives nearby. Us and neighbours have all been disrupted by the music with some of us having newborns trying to sleep etc. Unfortunately we won't consider using Blue Label as we don't want our neighbours to be unhappy with us, too!

Seth and his team recently completed a huge renovation project for us. We could not be happier with how our home turned out, as well as the process to delivering the finished product. We will be using BLC for our next project and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for a builder. Seth treats the project as if it were his own home, ensuring the quality is of the highest standard and finished on-time. More importantly, Seth and every person on his team are a pleasure to work with.

We have had the great pleasure of using BLC on multiple occasions over a period of 10 years for different projects . This has included both commercial and residential work . I would use them again and have referred them without any hesitation.
