I have bought a few products from here and it is always refreshing to have a MALE serve you for a change. He went out of his way to help me and my shopping experience there was a very positive and pleasant one.This is a great place to have a browse for all things related to shaving, and there are heaps of interesting gadgets to look at, as well as some wonderful grooming products to keep your beard looking at it's best. They don't just sell hairclippers, so go in and have a look around.

Probably some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Walked in to ask for a plastic head for the Wahl beard trimmer and as I was explaining to Karen what I was after she was continuously shaking her head. Then proceeded to tell me they don’t have any. When I’ve been to numerous shaver shops in Maroochydore and Brisbane regions and had no trouble whatsoever. They usually always have the spare heads out the back or in a bag. Most of the time I’ve never even been charged but even then I’m happy to pay the $2. I told Karen I’d be happier just going back to Maroochydore where I went last time with no hassle. Seriously rude. I was with my dad too who usually is very laid back and relaxed about these things and he genuinely disgusted. Don’t let this ruin your shaver shop experience because every other store I’ve been to has been awesome and so willing to help.

Popped into Kawana Waters shop in centre to find a shaver to give my husband a decent shave as I am his carer and the young lady who served me was extremely helpful to my needsI wish I had taken notice of her name but it was on Sunday 19 Jan late in the dayTried out the shaver on my husband and was very happy with the resultThis lady knows her shaversThankyou

Great service. I took my shaver in making squealing noises. They took it apart, thoroughly cleaned everything and now it seems all good.

I normally shop on line. SHAVER SHOP Is excellent web site. They have a very wide rang of products for purchase. Their prices are significantly lower than other stores. Delivery is prompt and the products are in good condition. Highly recommended.
