Nice website, I chose R28 Fall in love" flowers...my beau hasn`t shown me pics yet. However

I ordered flowers for mother's day to be delivered tomorrow and it was delivered THIS MORNING (Saturday). The flowers also look substantially different to those I ordered based on their website and definitely looks a lot cheaper. Never order for delivery from this place as you can't guarantee what you order is what you'll get or that it will be delivered on the requested day!!

I placed an online order today to be delivered to a patient in hospital, the instructions were clearly written when I submitted the order online ie. message and recipient details.The message on the card was supposed to read ‘Get well etc…….’.However when the flowers arrived it had the wrong message on the card - ‘Happy Valentines Day my love’, and the recipient details were also incorrect.I understand how frantic today would have been, being Valentines Day but that incorrect message could have had a wrong impact on the person receiving the flowers. She called her husband thanking him for the flowers and his reply was ‘must be from your other husband’ Luckily the patient saw the humour in it.Not happy with the service, I’m afraid this is the first and last time I’ll be using this business.

We had an excellent service provided by Stylish blooms to source the floral bouquets, button holes and the creation of a floral arch for our wedding ceremony. Champa and the team and Stylish blooms was very receptive to our requirements and worked within our budget to create an incredibly beautiful and unique set of floral arrangements. The team set up and packed down the arranagements on time. The bouquet were of such great quality that they lasted both the wedding and the reception later that day in excellent condition. Poor service. Ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day and they never arrived. Tried to call multiple times and got no response. I will be organising a refund through the bank.

Staff really nice. Great selection of flowers. Reasonable prices. Seems like the most negative reviews are regarding online orders, I haven’t tried any online orders but have been in the store a few times with no complaints :)

My rating should really be zero stars considering I paid $110 for flowers that didn't turn up. How can you fail to deliver flowers on the biggest revenue generating day of the year for a florist? I guess there's a first time for everything!Just had a look on the website and it states they can't guarantee deliveries today and they will deliver the next available day. So you expect me to present my 8 months pregnant wife, who is on bed rest, with Valentine's flowers days later and explain that a shop 10 minutes away couldn't deliver to you?You were quick to process the order and charge my card. You could've easily contacted me and asked to pick the flowers up from the store rather than me finding out on your website after a non-delivery.Once I get my refund I certainly won't be giving this place my business nor will I be recommending to anyone. Really disappointed and disgusted with the lack of care and customer service shown.

I placed an order for pink roses in a basket. It looked really good on their website. Paid $95 for it. When it arrived it was nothing like the picture they had on the website. It was like a little kid chucked the flowers and some leaves on a tiny basket and they delivered. Why are you misleading users? I buy flowers from other websites and its always close match to the picture on their website but yours is nowhere a close match. I would give no star if there was an option. I will stay away from your website next time. Complete waste of money!

Organised a single rose to be available a day in advance for a date the next day. Made sure that they were open until 5pm, said I would come before then to collect. When I arrived at 3:15pm they were closed and said I should drive to castle hill. Would rate zero if I could.
