It’s been just over one year now since i went to heavenly and my hair is still suffering the consequences. I had long medium-brown hair and had been to heavenly for three previous appointments to lighten. We started with a full head of foils and on the fourth appointment, they informed me my hair was healthy enough to do a scalp bleach and bleach my ends. When i left the salon my hair was really coarse and stiff but i expected this due to the amount of bleach they had on my head. When i got home i noticed that my hair had snapped off around my face and the ‘crown’ of my head to about 1-2 inches remaining. I freaked out when i saw this and rinsed my hair in the shower the next day - big mistake. My hair did not dry for three days, it became stretchy like an elastic that lost all of its elasticity. It began to fall out and break off in clumps. I went to a well known and rather expensive salon to assess the damage - it was not good. They told me that there is no point in using protein masks or even shaving it because it will always be like this until it grows out. I have to say, the price you pay gets you the results you want. I always ignored the inappropriate conversations by the ‘professionals’ because I was paying such a low price for my hair. However this was clearly the normal for them - as well as sending a client home with fried, unsalvageable hair. I write this now as i’m still dealing with the breakage and bleach-cut hair to this day. I would not recommend this trashy salon to my worst enemy.

Very disappointed after having my appointment canceled twice due to Covid restrictions, they couldn’t fit me in for my full appointment because I was 15 minutes late. So much for loyalty to a long standing customer!!!

Very safe place, Covid-19 rules were followed strictly. I have a little baby and the staff was very understanding of my needs. I went for a haircut, I am extremely pleased with the result and value for money. I had heard amazing things about this salon, now I can confirm and highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing business. Will always go to heavenly hair. They know what they are doing and really do know how to look after their clients. Even though I had a first year apprentice to do my colour there was someone constantly checking her work and she did an exceptional job at it.. so happy with their work.. love the business.
