This company used to be good when it was Farnell. It's now truly become the Faulty Towers of the electronics industry. Basil Fawlty must run it. Originally picked the wrong item and now nearly 2 weeks and 4 phone calls trying to get a replacement which still hasn't happened despite the item being in stock here in Australia. Tried to charge me shipping for re-supply and their online tracking system does not work so you never have any idea of where your items are. If you use online chat to try and discuss thing the chat will strangely drop out" and not come back when you ask difficult questions.Customer service is non-existent and based in India. Truly awful. Stay away. Other online electronics retailers are far

Bought from them before but really struggling to login now. Seems my password doesn't work no matter how many times and ways to reset it.After reading the reviews I'm going to stick clear of them as there's something not quite right and I'd prefer not to get stuffed like others have.Also, sick over their constant stream of discount emails that exclude pretty much all the decent brands I want to use anyway.

Very bad experience. No help on the live chat. Can't get through on anyone in customer service. Very bad experience, Very unprofessional, no support, no knowledge of their products. They don't seem to understand anything about helping customers or about their own brands they sell. Stay away!

Around 3PM today I went to pick up my order, the warehouse man is very rude towards me. I can't believe Element14 employs such person in the service section to serve its customers.

Never had an issue with Element14 or when they were called Farnell. Used them for both personal and business supplies and have never had an issue in over 1000 orders.Pretty much everything I order arrives the next day.They give you an option to have all items ship together or to split the order so items on back order don't hold up the entire order.

Sent me the wrong item. Sent me the same wrong item again. Won't give me a refund unless the wrong item they sent me is returned. Won't let me return it by post as I received it. Insist they have their courier pick it up. The courier never turned up. Nearly three months later, still refusing to refund me. Atrocious.I had given them a lot of custom before this and favoured them because with their Australian presence I expected better customer service. Clearly that is not the case.

Want your order shipped same-day, as advertised? Expect an email in your just, addressed Dear Customer" (probably why it ends up in junk - because they're too lazy to look up your name) asking you for all the details you entered at checkout. Expect this to also put your order on hold so it won't ship same day as advertised.Not the company it used to be."

Rude Custumer Service representative, didnt even help me out but trying to argue the point and hanged up on me. I never experience anything like that before from other business.

Element14 has become a shadow of its former self. Rarely stock in Australia, orders ship from multiple global warehouses and the sales team are slow to respond and have no contact telephone numbers, seemingly because they are outsourced

Item not received in two weeks, placed order because of urgent need. expected to be delivered in two weeks. but no sign of delivery … not reliable seller...
