Midas West Ipswich was where we went. Marcus was very good at pricing up front. He suggested a tow truck as the ball joints collapsed. The value was great on our job and the tow truck. Now my car needs a CV and will be booked for the new year. All around great service.

The team here have proven to be very helpful and knowledgeable with all of the vehicles we have bought into them. Our regular mechanic has failed us with our European vehicles and not been able to competently carry out needs.The team at Midas West Ipswich have always been well informed and able to take care of our cars we have taken to them. From our Audi, to the Range Rover, the Skoda to the most recent Mercedes. (We’ve been through a lot of cars recently).HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Book ahead as due to the reasons stated above they can get booked out.

After finding the owner on Tik Tok and the way he stood up for women who get ripped off by other mechanics, I decided to take my car here, and the decision did not disappoint. Marcus went out of his way to find me a cheaper alternative to one thing I needed to fix and kept me updated the whole time with pricing and services. I will continue to take my car here, and I will be talking to my friends and family and tell them to take their vehicles here as well. Thank you guys I appreciate it, you'll be seeing me again for my next service!

Sought advice from Marcus on suspension upgrade for my 05 xtrail. Came back to me with ideal setup of raised springs and new shocks with a price. Accepted. At the shop saw Marcus's younger team members working together diligently under a raised 4x4 replacing rotors. Marcus took in my thoughts on what and where my camping and towing requirements would be and this outcome was achieved for my 'outdoors' experience. Much appreciated.

Great service, we had called three workshops who had all said they were packing up and couldn’t help us as it was late Friday afternoon.I called the team and told them I was on the road and heard some funny noises and they had no hesitation to help out, straight up on the hoist diagnosed the issue repaired and back on the road.We need more businesses like this!Thanks guys, much appreciated.
